Mbel Finance Testnet

Permissionless Pool Creation

Mbel Finance is permissionless, meaning anyone can create a lending pool with custom parameters. You can freely configure the loan token, collateral token, and loan-to-value (LTV) ratio to match your desired use case. This flexibility enables open experimentation and supports a wide range of assets across supported chains.

Supplying Assets

Your assets on Mbel Finance are deposited into isolated pools. Each asset and market is managed independently to ensure risk is contained within its own environment, without affecting other pools across supported chains.

To supply assets, you can check the video below:

Activating Collateral

To initiate a borrow on Mbel Finance, assets must first be supplied and set as collateral.

All collateral is held in isolated pools on the Etherlink chain. This means your borrow limit is calculated based solely on your supplied assets on Etherlink.

When users borrow from other chains like Arbitrum or Base, the borrowed funds are securely bridged from Etherlink to the requesting chain.

Borrowing Assets

It is possible to borrow assets to any supported chain on Mbel Finance. All lending pools exist on Etherlink, but users can initiate borrow positions from other chains like Arbitrum Sepolia or Base Sepolia.

Click Borrow on your desired asset, then select the destination chain where you want to receive the borrowed funds. The liquidity will be securely routed from Etherlink to your selected chain through Mbel Finance’s permissionless cross-chain infrastructure.

Repaying Borrows

On Mbel Finance, all borrows originate from pools on the Etherlink chain. When repaying, users can initiate repayments from any supported chain. The protocol will automatically route the repayment back to Etherlink.

You can write the total amount you want to repay, or click “Max” to repay the full amount using your assets.

Withdrawing Assets

On Mbel Finance, once your borrows have been fully repaid, you can withdraw your supplied assets from the original pool on Etherlink. Simply click Withdraw and select the amount you wish to withdraw. The withdrawal will be processed directly.

Borrow Capacity and Liquidations

In Mbel Finance, your borrow capacity indicates how much of your supplied collateral is currently being used. Each asset has a specific collateral factor (Loan-to-Value or LTV) which determines how much you can borrow against it.

For example, if you supply $1000 worth of an asset with a 70% LTV ratio, your borrowing capacity will be $700. If you borrow the full $700, you will reach 100% of your borrow limit. Once this limit is reached, your position becomes eligible for liquidation.
